Singer Charli XCX attended the 2014 Billboard Women in Music Luncheon in New York City, and opted for a dazzling and jaw-dropping gown. The Britisher wore a sheer Betsey Johnson Spring 2015 gown which featured white lace embroidery all over. Along with a deep neck, the gown also had a small train. Charli went braless in her sultry dress and revealed a pair of nude undies. A diamond choker necklace, emerald earrings, and sparkly bracelets topped off her look along with a scarlet pout.
