Iggy Pop - Bang Bang

On this date in 1981, Iggy Pop released his fifteenth single as a solo artist. It was "Bang Bang". It was backed by "Sea Of Love". Both songs appeared on his fifth solo studio album Party. The ex-frontman for The Stooges is from Muskegon, Michigan. He is now fronting the newly re-formed Stooges though Ron Asheton's recent death has put things on hold.
